Notes
Specify the number of milliseconds to delay the operation. This blocks further processing by the thread handling the SMTP message for the specified period of time. Its intended use is to slow down mail servers that are sending email being rejected.
If this node is not present or the delay specified is 0 or a negative number, no delay will occur.
